The Speaches

Once the bell rings, and everyone's finding their seats, you've got a sweet 30-minute breather. If you're up for it, we could sneak out for some cool sunset pics – just a quick 10-15 minute detour. Then, when it's time to make your big entrance, I'll be inside capturing all the cheers and party vibes.

Now, let's talk speeches. My tip? Have them before digging into the main course, even before the starters. Why? Because your speakers will want to get that talk out of the way, so they can kick back, grab a drink, and enjoy their meal without any lingering speech stress. Plus, it leaves plenty of time after eating to mingle with your guests.

As for the speech pics, I usually snap about 3-4 shots of each speaker. But here's the fun part – I'm not just focused on the talker. I'm all about catching those priceless reactions, especially the tearful eyes and belly laughs. I'm like a stealthy ninja, blending into the background, moving around the room to capture all those genuine moments. It's a breeze, but trust me, the result is a laid-back visual story of your heartfelt speeches and the awesome vibe that follows.

After the meal concludes and guests are completing their desserts, I typically make my way to each table to assemble everyone for a group shot. This moment also presents a wonderful chance for couples to capture additional shots with their friends as I navigate through the gathering. With people winding down, the atmosphere becomes more relaxed, revealing their genuine personalities and allowing for captivating and unique photographs.
